Do you sometimes feel like you need to make a change but aren’t sure where to start?
Geraldine will talk you through a very simple tool for identifying what’s working well, and where you need to make some changes.
In this workshop, Geraldine will share some real life examples from her business planning, and will support you to use the model to help with planning in your own life or business.
About Geraldine
After 20 years working in London as a civil servant, Geraldine started a small art business during lockdown from her home in rural Lincolnshire.
With no start-up budget, and a steep learning curve ahead of her, Geraldine created an established business with almost 2000 sales to date.
