Day Pass

Not ready to  take out a membership?

Our day pass gives you use of a hot desk, wifi and meeting pods. 

 

Book your hot desk space for a day in three easy steps:​

1. Check availability with us over the phone.

Send Tony a WhatsApp message on 07970 590 428 and Tony will call you back.

We like to speak to everyone who  uses Space 22 Louth to ensure the safety and security of all our members.

2.  Pay for your day pass securely via our website.

We'll send you a link for this after our phone call. 

Your day pass is valid for a single use on the agreed day, or within 7 days of issue if you need to reschedule.

3. We'll send you the door code to access in advance to use on the day of your booking.  

Space 22 Louth facilities

​

1. Booking and Arrival

  • Reserve a hot desk for the day through a telephone call with us in advance (at least 24 hours notice is needed). 

  • You may be asked to provide ID as part of the booking process.

  • Check-In: there is no reception desk at Space 22 Louth so you will receive a door code to let yourself in  on arrival. 

 

2. Workspace Allocation

  • Desk Setup: Hot desks are first-come, first-served. Just pick any available workspace in the shared area.

  • Workspace Amenities: Each desk has an ergonomic chair, a desk with power outlets, and wifi access. 

  • Wifi access: Find the wifi code by toggling through the screens on the wifi router which is on the wall under the clock. 

 

3. Additional Amenities

  • Wi-Fi and Power: Unlimited access to wifi and sufficient power outlets and usb sockets for devices.

  • Meeting pods: There are two sound-reducing meeting pods which can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.    

  • Kitchen area: Make use of the shared kitchen area which has a small fridge, a microwave, toaster, kettle and sink. 

  • Toilets: There is one unisex toilet.

  • Heating: Space 22 Louth uses wall-mounted infrared heating panels, and the meeting pods use suspended infrared heaters. Please plug in and switch on as needed, and switch off any you use before you leave.   

 

4. Support Services

  • There is no staff onsite but you can contact Tony on 07970 590 428 who will be happy to help. 

 

5. End of the day checklist

  • Clear your desk

  • Wash any cutlery or crockery you've used

  • Switch off and unplug any heating  or lighting  you have used

  • Pull the door closed behind  you.
